What's in a Name?

So, Chris and I are really praying about adopting a girl from China. Or, as my friend Robin so delicately puts it, a Chinababy. She says it all in one word, as in, "So, when are you getting your Chinababy?" She has this outrageous country accent, too -- you gotta love her. Everyone who knows her does love her, now that I think about it. You just can't help it.

Anyway, Chris and I were trying to think of names for our future daughter. Our favorite, so far, is "Kung Pao Cooke." I think any child would like to have the word "Pow" in their name.
It's like being a super hero.

Robin and I, intelligently discussing world events.

And to answer Robin's question as to when do we get our Chinababy; as soon as we save up enough box tops from La Choy dinners.

I hope you're not serious. I had enough trouble dealing with the name "Reckon So."

At least you are guarenteeing her an occupation in a Chinese restaurant. "You Kung Pao Cooke? Chicken right over there. You go work in kitchen!"
